If you choose to use the “Contact us” form we will ask you to give us:

  • Email address
  • Message with the description of your request.

Optional you may give your company name and phone number.

We collect and process this Personal Data only to contact you regarding your request.

The processing period of your Personal Data

We use your Personal Data only for the period needed for communication with you or for the period for which we are obliged to process pursuant to other provisions of the law, however, not longer than 5 years.

Depending on the purpose for which your Personal Data is processed, the legal basis is the fact that it is necessary for taking action at the request of the data subject (Article 6(1)(b) of GDPR) or the consent given by you when using the forms on our Website (Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR).

This right means that you can ask us to stop processing your Personal Data, but please note, that there are certain categories of data that we need for example to complete delivery to your address, so if we stop processing it, you will not be able to get products from our Store.

SECTION 4 – DISCLOSURE

We only disclose your Personal Data to third parties when we are obliged by law or other applicable legislation.

In all such cases, your Personal Data can only be transferred to the companies or organizations outside the EU, which provide an adequate level of data protection.
